Training Schedule

Lately, I've been feeling very flexible with my workouts and have been known to change my plan on a whim. But this is an idea of what I'm aiming for each week. My goal is to get to where 5 mile runs are my easy/normal days.

Monday: 4 mile, easy
Tuesday: 4-5 mile, two middle harder
Wednesday: 4 mile easy
Thursday: 5-6 miles, either track or fartlek
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Long Run 8+
Sunday: Rest or Ride 30-40 miles
